Wright Street Drainage Works

Project Scope

SCS were engaged by Sunshine Coast Council to complete the drainage upgrade works at Wright Street, Maroochydore. The existing stormwater infrastructure was failing which was leading to flooding of the road. SCS were tasked with removing and demolishing existing pit and pipe and replacing with new culverts and pits. Working within a live road in high residential area required significant traffic and pedestrian management. The finishing works included new road re-construction to remove low points in the existing pavement.
