Dicky Beach Caravan Park

Project Scope

SCS were awarded the refurbishment of an existing area of the Dicky Beach Caravan Park. The works included demolition of existing, earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewer, water, electrical, reinforced turf, retaining walls and landscaping. SCS assisted greatly during the construction phase in resolving poor material found onsite and varying underground services. We pride ourselves on our experience in dealing with civil engineering solutions to benefit all project stakeholders. The 8 week program for the works was very tight due to a requirement to open up for the holiday season. The works were completed 1 week ahead of schedule with no defects identified at PC. Furthermore, SCS played a large part in value engineering alternative pavement designs to suit the poor subgrade material.
